I see adults for individual, family and couples therapy. My training in a variety of techniques allows me to adapt the therapeutic treatment to meet each person's unique problems and needs. I am able to form good working relationships with a wide variety of people in all life stages. My patients range in age from 20 to 90.
In addition to working with standard psychological issues (anxiety, depression and marital problems), I have several clinical specialties about which I write and conduct workshops for the public and fellow professionals. These include personal empowerment, resilience, and career stress/vocational problems.
While I specialize in short-term, problem-oriented treatment, I also work with long-term issues.
I have a Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
